Projects working to achieve an Accepted Ratings(s) for Transmission facilities through:

• A predictable path rating process that is well understood and is accepted as standard practice in WECC
• Methods for determining and demonstrating ratings
• A review of WECC membership
• A level field for negotiations to resolve capacity allocation issues between parties
