Nominating Committee
A Nominating Committee is responsible for developing a list of candidate pools for nomination, and to make a recommendation for a level of director compensation for Member Advisory Committee approval. A Nominating Committee is formed each year at least 180 days prior to the WECC Annual Meeting and will function until a replacement Nominating Committee is formed or after 12 months, whichever is sooner. A Nominating Committee consists of seven members, three of which are Directors not standing for re-election and the remaining four are members designated by the Member Advisory Committee.
