Interchange Scheduling and Energy Accounting Subcommittee
The ISEAS develops scheduling, tagging, and accounting practices and procedures among participants in the Western Interconnection. A former group, the After-the-Fact Work Group (ATFWG), was merged into the ISEAS and continues to identify After-the-Fact (ATF) energy accounting issues that arise among participants.
