Droubay, who joined WECC in 2022 as vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary, brings proven leadership and a strong commitment to WECC’s mission. He succeeds Melanie Frye, who retires after nearly 20 years of dedicated service and will serve as CEO emeritus through mid-March to ensure a smooth transition.
