For the last year-and-a half, NERC has worked closely with the Regional Entities, stakeholders, and consultants to perform the Interregional Transfer Capability Study (ITCS). The US portion of the ITCS is now complete and work is ongoing to assess Canadian transfers. For this technical session, experts will discuss the ITCS and address questions related to the study and how it complements other transmission planning efforts in the West.
