WECC’s Board of Directors (Board) instructed WECC’s management to gather stakeholder feedback on recommended corporate structure and governance for WREGIS as a stand-alone entity. WECC’s management recommends the following: establishing WREGIS as a 501(c)(4) non-profit with a hybrid board of directors and a stakeholder advisory group. WECC invites stakeholders to comment on the recommendation. The comment period will close on August 29, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. All submitted comments will be posted publicly on wecc.org and shared with WECC’s Board at its September meeting.
