Organization Certification
With authority delegated by NERC, WECC certifies and registers organizations that function, or wish to function, as Reliability Coordinators (RC), Balancing Authorities (BA), and Transmission Operators (TOP) in the Western Interconnection. WECC makes sure organizations can perform these crucial functions by analyzing their procedures, processes, tools, training, and personnel.
