Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Power Act, applicable FERC Orders, and NERC Rules of Procedure, WECC Registration identifies and registers bulk power system users, owners, and operators who are responsible for performing specified reliability functions to which requirements of mandatory NERC Reliability Standards are applicable. Appendix 5B of the FERC-approved NERC Rules of Procedure.

Once signed in, new entities select “Entity Registration Requests” to access the Centralized Organization Registration ERO System (CORES) to submit a registration request.
